SELECT CHICKENS — Restaurant in Adelaide

First time here today to my suprise I can order a meal here with all my allergys, that never happens. I couldnt believe it I felt like a normal person, they make there own salt which they sell that is vegan, GF, MSG and anticaking agent free. They also have Gluten free chicken chops, bonless maryland fillets grilled that are cooked in olive oil and seasoned with origarno. Im defenently a fan and they are very tasty, I wish I ordered more but just wanted to try first. They have a selection of veggetables such as corn on cob, peas and roasted potatos. There chips are GF and they were so yummy. They also have for the kids a lactose free chocolate or strawberry milk drink box in the fridge, which is great as I avoid getting those pop tops. The servise was great the staff are friendly and understand the needs to cater for customers who are on low allergy free diet. I cant wait to order again I will def get the chicken chops and make a pack with gf chips n peas. I cant wait to spread the word too as these places are hard to come by. Lost a loyal customer tonight due to being rude and lazy. I asked to check for an ingredient and was told best not have it just in case and the female staff refused to check. I was shocked and appalled by this and told them to forget my order and left. Sorry bad customer service means you don't get my patronage. This might not be a big loss to you to loose 1 customer but if I talked to a customer and refused to check an ingredient my manager would have been quick on her heels to tell me as to why i had a job. 1st lady was rude asked what we wanted whilst telling her she walked away and didnt let me complete my order didn't even ask if wanted anything else or repeat it.. 2nd told the rude staff member we wanted extra chicken salt obviously was ignored as when asked if had extra salt was told no and looked at like how dare we ask for extra salt once order given to us like we didnt tell them.. i said to the staff we did ask for extra salt..

Didn't bother getting extra salt as they had already put gravy on.

At the end of the day we came in 7:45pm there where other customers in there also. I get you're closing soon but customers as still important. Wont be...
