The food here is your standard breakfast fare, while there are a couple of slightly different items it is exactly what you expect. The bacon and salmon used on the dishes is really high quality as are their add-ons (mushrooms, beans, etc). Sometimes their sauces can leave a little to be desired, but tend to be okay overall. The coffee is good and they don't charge extra from exotic milks and use quality beans. A nice little cafe in an unexpected area. Stepping through the doors, it feels like something you'd expect in the Adelaide Hills, not in the semi-industrial parts of North Plympton.

The staff are extremely friendly and the service is quick. The food is decent as well with excellent scrambled eggs. I also recommend the bruschetta with added salmon.

The corn stack with salmon is also a winner. Perfectly poached eggs, fresh and filling.

One of the special little place tucked away from the main rush. Great food and wonderful attentive staff they do an all day breakfast and lunch they are busy so book if you want to get a table. Kids menu's huge range of deserts and eggie products to choose from on your way out great shop they even do take away. I love it.
