Sausage rolls at this bakery are exceptional. Upon purchasing my sausage roll I decided to also get some tomato sauce. This added a whole new dynamic to the sausage roll experience.

Was the sausage roll? You absolutely better believe it. Did the tomato sauce enhance the experience? You’re damn right that it did.

For any traveling tourists, I would recommend that you also get some napkins to ensure you can clean up those fingers after enjoying a nice sausage roll.

There were also pies and pasties available along with many treats, such as chocolate doughnuts, and a farmers union iced coffee.

This stop is definitely worth your time if you’re going down the coastline of the York Peninsula . Get yourself a scolding, hot, frothy cappuccino to take away as well and enjoy the township...

Located in an easy to find spot and was a quick nip to the path down towards the jetty, also just across the road from ANZAC Park.

The bakery had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for the crowds that came and went regularly.

Sipped down my coffee quickly while in-house. I am a bit of coffee snob yet the coffee was nice & hot and looking good.

The vanilla slice was very pretty, just a bit tough for the pastry, delicious fillings with good texture.

Ned Kelly Pie had nice flavours, unfortunately I got in late so it had dried out a bit while being in the hot box.

Loved the art works and beautiful historic pictures...

After a round of golf and feeling a bit peckish, I bought a plain meatpie from the bakery. It wasn't until I was 2-3km out of town that I took my first bite. Disgusting! Dried out pastry and a dry filling that was so salty I couldnt finish it. It was as though it had been in a warmer for 2 days. At $4.40 during a holiday period, I expected much better (and fresher). It has been my experience over 40 years that the best gauge of quality for a bakery is the humble meat pie and a loaf of bread. All else will follow suit. I only hope their bread is of a high standard or the business is in...

Every time I come to Ardrossan, I stop by this bakery. This is a moderate and lovely bakery, and a nice stop. I often sit here with family and friends, feeling the peace and serenity of Ardrossan. Stepping out of the bakery, we can immediately see the blue sea in front of our eyes.
