We had the absolute pleasure of a sunset dinner thanks to the hosts Rupert and Annette making this a visit to remember. Summer Creek Restaurant and Brewery is a hidden gem and by that it's only 30 seconds off the highway but when you are there is complete serenity with GORGEOUS views to rolling hills and no traffic noise.
If you have kids this place is very friendly with a dog, sheep, horses, geese a peacock and we even got graced by a drop in Pelican to sample the delights of the creek nearby!
The home made garlic bread was very very special, made from scratch in the wood fired oven. Never tasted anything like it. Yum! Garden salad was all from their garden. Dogs were also a wonderful touch as we were missing our fur...

I wanted to just go asap. Would have been good to just be told before going in "no dogs allowed". Then we would have respectfully turned around. We are big micro brewery fans so were looking forward to this place and drove quite a while to get there. I was really upset about how we...
