When you display an advertised special for a small coffee and toasted sandwich for $6 and then when the payment is processed by your staff at $11.80 is makes your customers a bit frustrated. I instructed the lady behind the counter that 'I ordered the special for $6' and was fobbed off as "there is no special for $6" whereas I picked up the card right next to the till on the left of the counter, and showed it to the staff-member. This, is all honesty, was the second time this has happened. The day before we stopped at the same BP and ordered the same special and they said it wasn't on their system, just to find it and put it through... BUT without any apology that they made a mistake. Today the lady behind the counter just said 'it must be old or not valid and the price is correct at over $11'. I mean this is not 'rocket science'. I just wanted what was advertised on the card - same as yesterday - but was treated like a silly child for asking for it and then showing the card next to her. I'm not trying to be difficult here guys, but when you advertise a special, right next to the barista/payment-area, just to be treated without any decent service, it just leaves a bad impression and leaves a customer feeling very ticked off... I, today, paid the $11.80 for your small coffee and toasted sandwich which, in all honesty, is a rip-off and a disgrace. The profit on this must be 1000%. I will avoid 'Wild Bean' from now on. There are loads of coffee shops out there and also share my experience on socials. Really disappointing guys. Either train the staff to slightly better even just giving a smile and some customer service... or keep getting bad...
Read more40 years in the hospitality industry it was the worse service and customer service from your female supervisor on 29th May around 6pm. The last thing you do in our industry is to try and embarrass the customer for poor and bad service and never yell at the customer to try and cover for poor service if you have not delivered or made a mistake fix make good. All of this occurred over a long black coffee that was served cold twice. It was also very embarrassing for the junior employees who witness this behaviour and the other customers who comment how unprofessional she was one...

Beware if you are sitting in there with a little one that your older one may toddle off as the automatic doors are just an easy press of a button away from open.
