sorry for the review but todays experience made me to write one Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with Domino’s. The guy who said he’s the owner (Kiran) seriously needs to learn how to talk to customers. Instead of focusing on making good pizzas, he starts questioning me about why I complained online before. Mate, learn some basics, customers have every right to give feedback. No one cares if you’re the owner, people come here for pizza not for interrogation. Work on your service, not your ego.
Every time there’s something wrong with the order. Pizza not cut properly even after requesting 3 times through the app, oregano always missing, paid extra for cheese burst and there was no cheese at all, just a dry crust. Even after paying for extra paneer got like 5 tiny pieces. Feels like they focus more on cost cutting than quality.
And seriously, when a customer asks your name, that means your name, not your property mate lol. Show that attitude somewhere else. If you want to run a store, start with learning proper service and basic manners. Totally...
Read moreAs a regular customer of Domino’s, I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order and paid extra for pineapple and jalapeños, which were missing from my pizza. Mistakes can happen, however what was most concerning was the way my complaint was handled.
When I called the store to have the issue resolved, I spoke with a staff member named Gini, who was not only dismissive but also very rude. She made no effort to apologise, instead stating that it was “dinner time” and giving the impression that my concern was an inconvenience. I explained that I had to leave for work within 15 minutes and simply wanted a resolution, yet she abruptly ended the call on me.
As a loyal customer, I expect professionalism, courtesy, and at the very least, an apology when things go wrong. Customer service is just as important as the food itself, and in this case both were lacking. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both order accuracy and staff training to ensure future customers receive the service and respect they deserve.no doubt...

Genuinely very impressed i know its still early days but the shop is very clean doesn’t smell and the food is probably the best Dominos ive ever had from a shop in the geelong region not burned doesn’t taste like the last 50 pizzas in the pan just fresh and and no strange tastes from the toppings hopefully the staff and owner can keep this standard of food and service and set the bar for other dominos to match i will not return to the other shop 4klm away charlmont rise has my business and i will happily return and make it my new shop...
