Chews on Hughes — Restaurant in Batemans Bay

Lovely customer service, was greeted as soon as I stepped in. Well lit take away store with tables if you'd like to eat in. Very reasonable prices and quick service, waited no more than 7 mins from ordering for food to be ready. Combo deals available if you're looking for a meal. Burger ($7.5) patty was generous (guessing 150g at least) and chips ($4) were cooked to perfection - would have liked more chicken salt though! Chews on Hughes has a great variety of food. They do great breakfast meals and For later in the day they have have a great range of burgers, steak sandwiches and rolls. Sandwiches, wraps and rolls are also available with a range of filling ingredients.

They also have hot food such as boxes of hot chips, potato wedges and dim sims and potato scollops…plus more

Dropped in to Chews on my road trip up to Sydney and definitely didn't disappoint.

Grabbed the reef and beef burger, everything was perfect, steak cooked well, prawns were excellent, salad lettuce was fresh and crunchy, patty great and the sauce was to die for.

Also grabbed a Latte which was great.

Definitely stop in if you're on the way past and drive up 5 mins to the town to enjoy it on the water...
