As a visitor the customer service was awful. I was charged $33 for Beer battered whiting and was given Fish & Chips which was the Kids meal. When asked about it the waitress said "It's the same thing. No it's not. I paid $33 for it. The other members of the group only paid $15 for this meal. No proper explanation on the prices. Then we overheard them saying we were very rude. In fact there was more than 20 of us, and that must be the best turnover for you on the day, let alone the week. Not a very welcoming Club. We thought we'll book in this place to support the Country clubs, but I suppose they don't need that support. Never again!!! Avoid at all costs. Do...

Went out for lunch, after a quick 9. Staff were friendly and professional.

Meals were: A small serve of garlic prawns on rice with salad. Small chicken parmigiana, chips and salad. Large beef parmigiana and chips. Kids chicken nuggets and chips.

About 20 mins past when our meals came out. Enough time to have a drink and a chat.

The kids meal came out first which I think is perfect. A 5 year old will always take a bit longer to eat his meal.

Larger meals came out next.

Very little was left on all the plates. The smaller meals were plenty for an adult. The larger Meal was for a 16 old boy. (Bottomless pit)

Bad telephone customer service I experienced this evening at 1800hrs on the 24/04/24. After being recommended by a work colleague, I decided to call and make a booking for a table. I quote the following words by a male (didn’t get his name) in response to my telephone booking request for a table - “I have 30 people to serve when you called” and this he mentioned twice during the call and hung up in a manner which I would say was rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place after the telephone...
