Cosmo Cafe — Restaurant in Bombala

Will never come here or order from this place again ordered pizza last week had an emergency that we had to attend to and totally forgot about the pizza and ring and cancel we had a lot on our minds ordered lunch today over the phone to get told that the boss or whoever wanted to talk to me I was confused she took my order didn’t mention anything over the phone about my order last week went into store paid for my food to not even receive any of it the lady had wanted me to pay half of the pizza from last week I told her I would talk to my partner I then went home as I was confused as hell about not getting what I ordered and paid for my partner had then called cosmos and spoke with the boss who was rude spoke aggressively me and my partner understand 100 percent why she is upset my partner and I had no issue with meeting her in the middle it was the way we was spoke to the way we was treated and then we get told that we will be banned if we didn’t pay half for the pizzas my partner and I had no issues what’s so ever meeting her in the middle and paying but we was treated like dirt with such disrespect my partner had told the boss to keep the money that we had paid for our food and we won’t be coming back very unprofessional business! I was ordering a wrap and small hot chocolate and was charged about triple the price as in many comparable Cooma cafes. When I commented about the high price, I was told that if I ate inside, I would have to have chips with the wrap, and that there was a sign that said so. I never saw any sign. They did refund part of the cost and gave me my wrap, frowning. I then had to find somewhere in the street to eat instead of their almost empty cafe. I’ll never eat...

Very poor experience. One lady serving was clearly uncomfortable with anyone entering the cafe who was not a local and become quite confrontational after we had placed our order. I think to save everyone the embarrassment including the other diners, the cafe should place a notice on the front door to say - only locals welcome...
