Disgusting. If only there were 0 stars. We like to eat out and we have never had as bad a group meal as we did at BnB. I should have known the staff had no training when my margarita was made with gin and Cointreau instead of tequila. When we arrived there was a queue of Friday night drinkers and one staff member who was making drink, taking food orders and delivering the meals. My prawns in the garlic prawns were dark brown. The cream sauce was half thick and half liquid. My husbands parmy was over cooked and burnt black in many spots. My nieces pizza was only just cooked on top and inedible. Mum had the roasted veg salad and instead of balsamic dressing, they dumped a heap of olive oil all over. The chips were luke warm. From a Group of 8, there was an ok meal the bangers and mash. I took my meal directly to the kitchen. The staff shrugged their shoulders and didn’t care. Never going back. I do...

Have driven past here many times without stopping and tonight the planets aligned and we found ourselves able to take a meal at this reputedly award winning tavern. 4 of us had the Chicken Parmigiana which, at $29 a serve was surprisingly underwhelming. My other friend had the Sirloin ($38) and his medium rare came out overcooked and tough. I had the Lamb Shank (yes, just one 😒) for $36 (! 😱) which was tasty and tender , served on a bed of nice mash potato and savoury cabbage which was good as well. The other mains came with very good, crunchy chips and nothing else. Maybe I'm too harsh or dont eat out enough these days , but at these prices, we all found the meal dissapointing and expensive for pub food. The decor is very nice, cosy with a few strategically placed lounges, some interesting furniture and memorabilia. Overall it was a let down and it will be a long time before we...

Absolutely terrible experience today. Waited over an hour and a half for our food. No apology just told that they only had one fryer and everyone came in at the same time (lunchtime) when the food arrived, the calamari was leathery and the chips were too salty to eat. When we spoke to the owner she was argumentative, defensive and offered excuses before begrudgingly offering our meals for free because she “didn’t want us to leave disappointed and tell other people that they don’t do a good job” before walking away and leaving us with a team member, We paid for our drinks and the meal we ate. We totally understand that the staff were busy, one young girl run off her feet, We weren’t looking for a free meal or a confrontation we just wanted to provide feedback on how disappointing our experience was. We Left totally flabbergasted with the owner’s attitude. We will...

My partner and I stopped in at the Boyanup Tavern for lunch. The venue was relatively busy but not overly noisy, which was good. We opted for a table inside, despite the quaint beer garden outside. The menu was average with the standard range of pub meals available. Service was relatively prompt, although I have heard differing stories about this (with wait times of over 1 hour). The serving sizes were comparable for a pub, but the taste was nothing outstanding. Overall, it was just an average lunch out.

Service is lovely Food is fantastic Steak sandwich - perfect bread choice (Turkish), melt in the mouth steak, onion rings are divine. Fish & Chips - the lightest, crispiest batter I've ever had, chips perfectly cooked, salad simple with a nice dressing Very reasonable prices for both food and drinks Have dined here previously and was impressed with the parmi and the kids meal
