Elay High Tea — Restaurant in Branxton

We recently attended high tea and it was such a beautiful experience. The set up is gorgeous, decor is stunning (so many varieties of teapots and teacups) and atmosphere is lovely. The food was delicious, we had the summer 2024 menu. I loved both the sweet & savoury courses.

The selection of teas was vast and you were able to have several options over the course of the high tea. We loved trying the different flavours, as well as having a glass for water and a glass for the iced tea that was present on the table.

I cannot recommend this high tea more! It is perfection plus. Everytime I have been there I am amazed at the quality of it and the taste sensations. The service from Rachel, and other staff is exemplary. I have been to many high teas including Palm Court at The Ritz in London but this is superior to them all. The atmosphere is fabulous. The most wonderful and special experience. Rachael, our beautiful hostess and chef, although she calls herself a cook, is exceptional in every way.
