The night of the first state of origin I ordered for delivery at 7pm, they delivered my order to another house, I called the store only to receive a message that the store was now closed. I spoke to someone the next day and told them I want my $41 refund they said it will take 7 to 10 days for my refund that was over a month ago and I am still waiting. The second time the state of origin was on I made sure to order my pizza at 6pm for a 7pm delivery, the pizza turned up stone cold, as well as the garlic bread was cold, there was practically no topping on the ham and pineapple pizza, the pizza tasted terrible cold so I heated it up in the microwave, and it still tasted terrible. So I just threw the 2 pizzas and garlic bread in the bin. (See photos attached) The next day I went to the Zillmere store and spoke to the manager he said in an insincere voice sorry. I will give to a free meal I said no I want my $31 back. I said how could the pizza be so cold when I gave you plenty of notice, he said they were very busy because it was state of origin night, so is probably why the pizza was cold. I said I still haven’t got my last refund, he said he can’t give refunds it is head office who gives refunds, and he can’t tell me when that would be. It is nearly 2 weeks later with not a word from when I will get my refund. Really bad service from dominoes I will NEVER recommend them or go back to them ever again. If I don’t get both my refunds from them by the end of the month I will contact fair trading and seek a fair compensation...

Waited extra 20 mins just to bring home cold pizza and the messed up order!! Preordered on the app, turn up to pickup on dot, but they missed one item, so they left my pizza combos on the bench and making that missed item. They know we standing at first counter waiting as I and my friend were only customers waiting to pickup pizza in the store at that time, they told as to wait for missed item to be made. Another 10 mins gone by, still waiting there, I decided to approach one of the staff and asked is my missed item ready? And then she said ā€œoh! It’s ready!ā€ So the missed item was ready for like 10 mins and sitting on the bench with my cold pizza which was supposed to be hot when we came pickup on dot!😔 When I made complaint, the young female staff slammed our pizza boxes and wasn’t happy that I asked to speak to the manager. The manager appeared to be another young kid, he ended up refund me the missed item that they messed up in my order, really disappointed with the customer service and the quality of food! I live 10 minutes from the store. It took over 1 hour to arrive!!! I rang twice and spoke to 3 different staff members. All refused to give me their name and were extremely rude to me. One promised the pizzas were freshly made and would be hot when they arrived. As i said it took an hour to be delivered from a store 10 minutes away. When the food arrived it was stone cold. I rang and complained to the store. The first time i was yelled at and told i would not recieve a refund and was hung up on. The second time my partner rang and we were told i would have a refund in 4 buisness days and that we were banned from ever buying food from them again. then hung up on again. That was 5 days ago. I have no refund, no confirmation of refund. No appology for the quality of the food or the service. I am disgusted as to how I was treated by your staff. And it was not 1 but 3 members including the manager! Please process my refund of $46 and take whatever action you deem neccisary so that other customers do not recieve...

Worst dominos pizza’s ever. Asked for extra pineapple on the Hawaiian and it came with about a dozen tiny pieces of pineapple and even less ham. Pretty much just sauce and cheese. Barely any cheese on the other pizza however and neither were even cooked properly. Had to put them in the air fryer to crispy up the bases when I got home. Toppings were not evenly spread whatsoever and it didn’t even look appealing. The best part of the order was the Pepsi. Next time I will quite happily pay double the price and go to Pizza Capers. My advice to Dominos: Focus less on the box that is or isn’t ā€œRocket Scienceā€ and more on the bloody pizza! Lol no one cares about the ā€œscienceā€ of the box ahahaha

When I brought this up, the staff at the front told me there was ā€œnothing he could doā€ unless I wanted to wait another 20 minutes for what I originally ordered—which I didn’t have time for. No refund, no alternative, just a shrug. Extremely poor service, zero accountability, and a complete waste of time and money.
