The night of the first state of origin I ordered for delivery at 7pm, they delivered my order to another house, I called the store only to receive a message that the store was now closed. I spoke to someone the next day and told them I want my $41 refund they said it will take 7 to 10 days for my refund that was over a month ago and I am still waiting. The second time the state of origin was on I made sure to order my pizza at 6pm for a 7pm delivery, the pizza turned up stone cold, as well as the garlic bread was cold, there was practically no topping on the ham and pineapple pizza, the pizza tasted terrible cold so I heated it up in the microwave, and it still tasted terrible. So I just threw the 2 pizzas and garlic bread in the bin. (See photos attached) The next day I went to the Zillmere store and spoke to the manager he said in an insincere voice sorry. I will give to a free meal I said no I want my $31 back. I said how could the pizza be so cold when I gave you plenty of notice, he said they were very busy because it was state of origin night, so is probably why the pizza was cold. I said I still havenāt got my last refund, he said he canāt give refunds it is head office who gives refunds, and he canāt tell me when that would be. It is nearly 2 weeks later with not a word from when I will get my refund. Really bad service from dominoes I will NEVER recommend them or go back to them ever again. If I donāt get both my refunds from them by the end of the month I will contact fair trading and seek a fair compensation...

One promised the pizzas were freshly made and would be hot when they arrived. As i said it took an hour to be delivered from a store 10 minutes away. When the food arrived it was stone cold. I rang and complained to the store. The first time i was yelled at and told i would not recieve a refund and was hung up on. The second time my partner rang and we were told i would have a refund in 4 buisness days and that we were banned from ever buying food from them again. then hung up on again. That was 5 days ago. I have no refund, no confirmation of refund. No appology for the quality of the food or the service. I am disgusted as to how I was treated by your staff. And it was not 1 but 3 members including the manager! Please process my refund of $46 and take whatever action you deem neccisary so that other customers do not recieve...
