McDonald's — Restaurant in Broken Hill

EDIT 3RD MAY 2023 WHO EVER MADE MY BURGERS AND WAS ON SHIFT TONIGHT AT AROUND 7:30, YOU GUYS DID SUCH A GREAT JOB AND MY BURGER WASNT FALLING APART FOR ONCE INFACT IT LOOKED JUST LIKE THE ADS👌🤌 AN MAN THE PACKING INTO BAGS WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT AND TIDY!!!🙌🙌🙌 CHEERS!

Great delivery through Menulog, they forgot chips but brought them with no problem, they also added some more muffins to our order for forgetting the chips and added more chips, very great full. Delivery guy was nice and friendly too. Exceptionally great work.

Edit 27th April 2023: When ever I customise my Big Mac too switch the pattys for chicken patty’s, they never put them in the right way like the pattys, they always bit them together in the big Mac and not in the seperate spaces like the pattys, also burgers seem to be coming to me half falling apart, with more sauce on the outside of the box, also teen customers (not all) have foul language, stare at people for no reason, make rude gestures to other in the public, they seem to think they are the boss when they are with there freind groups. But overall good service.👌👍 also drive thru speaker people could maybe speak more polite and with manners instead of rushing and sounding grumpy, but some are good. But yeah not even the cities are that rush full and yet they have more people going thru. Also about the Big Mac incident, I give them a chance from the first time but I’ve gotten the same chicken Big Mac 5 times now and always the same, so please just put the chicken pattys where the meat ones would be, it’s...

I am not impressed. This is the third time I have ordered McDonalds via menu log and the order I have received is incorrect. The second time the order was incorrect it was replaced which I appreciated however, again we have ordered McDonald’s for delivery and have received an incorrect order. The first time I was only missing one item so I did not bother. This time I have tried calling the store four times and the phone has not been picked up. I have received a thickshake instead of a sundae, have not received the two chocolate mud muffins and the two McFlurry’s were correct. The receipt is correct yet what I have received is not. Hate leaving poor reviews but Staff need more training reading grill slips, more times than not my grille burger is wrong and have to go back so much so most of the managers know my name. When going back it usually always takes 15-20 mins to get my order. today for example walked in at 4:06pm for replacement walked out at 4:38pm . also to much priority on drive through making front counter stupidly slow.I get that they have drive through times to beat and it’s all logged to head office but don’t think they should sacrifice the service of all for a...
