Buninyong Bakehouse — Restaurant in Buninyong

The food was awesome and they are obviously very popular, but i feel that the cafe could do with putting a bit of effort into decorating. I hesitate to say so since the food really was great, but it wasn't a very nice place to eat in at, just a bit too open and bare and the serving staff seemed to struggle with the demand a bit as the standing line time at 2pm was still a fair bit too long. I feel some redecorating, staff being allocated registers to keep under control and some where to line up signs from the roof or standing signs would really help to ease the situation. Over all though, it'll still be my choice of where to get lunch when...

I had their new pie today. It was okay... Just hotdogs in a pie with bacon etc didn't think it was all that good. Service is a little bit off putting. People being rude to employees and some just not really happy with their job... I will be back but I think it has gone down hill... It used to be a nice welcoming place, but is very cold (just the overall feel of the place) and the cleanliness needs definite work, tables have not been wiped over and food...

Yummy food, really liked the donut cream bun! Staff were really nice and fast service even when it was quite busy. Enjoyed their pies also! Prices were fair. Lots of parking around the town centre and out the front has fairly long parking spots which is handy for tradies with utes etc.
