Burketown Pub — Restaurant in Burketown

Made a booking with Catherine & Patrick for a three week stay at the pub for 4 blocks. They took my credit card information. When I rang up 3 days later to change my booking I was told by the rude manager Melanie that my booking was never made and that they are fully booked. While I was on the phone talking she started talking and serving someone else lunch within the pub and when I asked her what she was doing she informed me that these people had been waiting to be served for some time. This Manager was rude, and couldn't be bothered with me. I wasn't her problem. Unfortunately when doing a review online you can't do under a one star other wise I would of after...

I stay here on a regular basis and its an Awesome! place to stay. The meals are great, beer is cold and the rooms are clean and efficient. The Management are always there to help and the staff as well. I would certainly recommend you stop in for a meal or the night if visiting Burketown.
