If you’re looking for some authentic Italian food, this is the place to go! It’s honestly one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to. There is a large variety of Pizzas to choose from and also a few pasta options also. 🍕🍝 I had the gnocchi bolognese, a calabrisella pizza and a mango panacotta. The gnocchi was cooked perfectly and the bolognese had that perfect Italian Nonna taste. đŸ€Œ The calabrisella pizza was to die for, the dough was cooked perfectly and the toppings were neatly and evenly spaced on top to give you that same taste every bite. 😋 The mango panacotta was pretty good, the panacotta had coconut added into it which I thought was a nice touch and the mix of mango on top made it really enjoyable 😊 I work at another Italian restaurant in Sydney, just so you know I’m not milking the review or anything 😆 Hope this helps if you’re looking for a good authentic Italian restaurant to eat at, Thanks Thomas. 👋

We have enjoyed dining at Calibrisella on numerous occasions. Each time the food has been delicious and authentically Italian. We thought we would try the steak night last night. We enjoyed one our favourites calamari to start with before enjoying The Steak Night. The steak was delicious and tender. It was served with a homemade pepper sauce that was divine. It was served with chips and fresh bread stuffed with rocket in a vinaigrette. Everything is served fresh and hot. Another of our favourite dishes is the seafood risotto. The coffee and desserts are great too! The restaurant has a great ambiance and atmosphere with a wood fire burning outside. Calibrisella also catered a party we had with their amazing pizzas. We feel really lucky to have such a lovely Italian restaurant in Callala. Gracie!

I'm thrilled that Callala Beach finally has a great option for dinner after coming down here for years and having to go everywhere else for dinner! The servings were good, and the pizza was a winner for me. The risotto was nice also but keen to try more pasta dishes on the next visit. The wow factor was the Nutella calzone. I was literally rolling out of there after this, but most definitely a signature dish. Really recommend giving this place a go and I hope they are around long term as it is definitely a winner!

Exceptional pizzas. The starters are mouthwatering, in particular the Eggplant Parmigiana. All of the Arancini balls were delicious: we even took some for our journey home and they were still delicious cold. We had to be careful we didn't fill ourselves up on starters! We tried a few different pizzas as we were here two evenings, and we were not disappointed. The crust was perfect, and there were plenty of tasty toppings. Dessert-wise, the Nutella Calzone had us laughing as it is a full-size pizza stuffed full of Nutella and topped with icing sugar. Literally "as described" on the menu! I would recommend sharing it as it is so filling and rich! The food was so good, that my "vegan" wife ditched her veganism to try the Tiramisu. She loved it so much, she said she'll definitely be having it again.

In addition to the food, the menu has a brief overview of the story of Calabrisella, which is worth the read. I was also blessed with being able to chat briefly with both Fabio and Antonella, who are beautiful people living their dream.

We came to Callala a few weeks ago for the triathlon, and were disappointed with the lack of choice for eating out. Calabrisella is about the only place other than Nowra, so we figured we'd give it a try. We were stunned by the quality of food that we booked for the following night too. We are back in the area in late February for the Husky Triathlon Festival, and decided to stay near Callala so that we could come back to Calabrisella again. And we are very much looking forward to it! We need to try some of the pastas next time.

If you want a taste of Italy, this is most definitely the...

Horrific Experience – Never Again!"

Review: This establishment has left me utterly appalled. After a painstaking 2-hour wait for our $250 order, they had the audacity to cancel it. To add insult to injury, they charged us for chili and tiramisu. Despite ruining our dinner plans at 9 pm, they offered no compensation or even a courtesy gesture.

Remarkably, they managed to run out of onions, a basic ingredient for any pizza place, with a supermarket just minutes away why not go and buy some? The staff's blatant dishonesty about our wait time only added to the frustration, claiming we had waited a mere 20 minutes when it was a shocking 2 hours. We where told 40 minutes at first, when home then came back told another 40 minutes went home can came back, then we where told told another 40 minutes, how do they expect us to eat and feed little kids at home at 9.50pm come on. Reading other reviews, I noticed the owners always seem to blame the costumer how about you take some accountability for once and fix what is wrong. If you are very busy and have to many orders don’t take any more it’s simply.

Save yourself the agony and avoid this place at all costs. Opt for Nowra Domino’s or Club Callala for better food and service. This establishment should seriously reconsider its operations or face the consequences of losing customers. A warning to all: steer clear of...

My wife and I had little holiday in Myola last November. This review is a little late as I forgot to write it!

One night after a day at the beach we did not feel like cooking and had a hankering for pizza. We did not have high expectations of finding anything great in Calalla Bay or Beach.

I was sent out hunting for food and found this excellent Italian restaurant at Callala Beach. One only has to listen to the accents and feel the energy to know this place feels Italian. On the night I visited it was full of families enjoying themselves. I could see the waiters were managing the crowd in a way that added to the experience.

The pizzas are made in a tent style arrangement outside the main building with a completly open view of the process. On a busy night they pump out pizzas. I could see the care and attention the went into each pizza. They work quickly.

As I did not keep notes of which pizzas we ordered I am relying in my memory of the experience. What I do recal is there is something special about the dough, the freshness of the ingredients and the excellent combination of flavours. The pizzas were the best I have enjoyed in recent times.

If you go there have a look at the cake display fridge. You...
