Gloria's Country Kitchen — Restaurant in Canowindra

I've been wanting to go Gloria's after a year of living in the area. Finally had the chance to go for breakfast. Made a booking for 0930. Order was taken almost 25mins later. Was told there were no more pancakes available yet the table that ordered after us were able to order and receive all their food including pancakes. After changing our orders due to running out of pancakes 30mins after they opened... we were set! Coffee came out 50mins later, cold and in really dirty cups. Server (same one that made the coffee) had no idea which coffee had sugar. Food came out 1 hour and 20mins later. Cinnamon roll was great. Big burrito was nice but 1/4 of it was rolled up tortilla. The 2 kids meals we ordered never came after waiting almost 2hrs. Big breakfast pouched eggs were actually fried and yolks were already bursted. The cleanliness of the restaurant was gross. Dirty, sticky tables. Food under the tables. Crumbs all over the chairs. Cutlery was dirty. Plates littered all the other tables and those that dined left 50+ mins earlier.

Disgusting experience and unfortunately I won't be back and certainly won't...

What a gem - travelling with our parents so a good lunch was in order and Gloria's did not disappoint. We had a warm welcome and lovely chat with the host (loved his hat!). We shared entrees, onion rings beautifully crispy and tempura prawns a delight. Mains were all delicious, you could tell as the table went quiet whilst we all enjoyed the generous portions.
