Overall an average course, definitely one of the better rural courses I’ve played on. The course is pretty basic with a decently sized clubhouse. The staff in the pro shop were welcoming and helpful. The course was very confusing to navigate with a limited number of signs and no maps. The greens did not lead onto another tee box, meaning you have to back track a lot.

We played on the front 9. It is a good course for all skill levels. There are a lot of small water hazards that are easily avoidable. The fairways are long and wide meaning you have to be good with a driver, beginners might find the big fairways a challenge. Grass is well maintained. There is a good amount of small bunkers, making getting onto the green a challenge. The greens are well maintained but were a bit dry, almost all of the greens were on an angle making reading putts correctly crucial. There is also a few cages for practicing but facilities weren’t anything special. The 9 holes was at a very good price making the round well worth it.

If you are a beginner golfer or just live in the area, this a good course for you. It is great for all levels but more experienced golfers may find it too easy. This course is definitely a good...

Arrived expecting a basic club meal as didn't want to cook,

Ordered 2 garlic breads, a three cheese pizza, a parmy was going to get carbonara but had peas, cherry tomatoes and basil cream so got bolognaise instead.

An hour passes no meals no bread after another twenty minutes the food arrived breads bolognaise and parmy together five minutes after the pizza came. Let's start with bread, It was normal bought in bread not fancy but not terrible.

Pizza was not cooked on bottom and was clearly rushed.

Bolognaise the sauce tasted bland watery and just bad.

Parma had a unpleasant sauce chewy ham and what could be described by sight and taste as cigarette ash scraped over it.

Drinks were flat also

This place makes 2020 look like a success

A minus star would be smashed into next week reviewing this place.

Yesterday 6th November 2022 my wife and I visited Casino Golf club and had the worst lunch we have ever had in a club. I was informed there was a senior menu. I ordered rissoles with vegetables and mash. I was told there were no vegetables. When the pathetic meal arrived there was one rissole and a small dob of mash. My wife had lambs fry and mash. I asked if I could have a bit of lambs fry as there was no vegetables. My request was refused. We were informed by a local member we should have went to the RSL club as they provide a good meal. We will not vist the Golf Club again for a meal or for any other reason. One can see why clubs are going to the wall when horrible meals are served...
