Disappointing Experience with Bad Food and Poor Service

I recently visited The Coffee Club Chinderah and had a very disappointing experience. One of the sandwiches we ordered had chicken that was smelling bad, clearly indicating it was not fresh. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they neither apologized nor offered a refund.

Despite our complaint, they only replaced us half of the sandwich, reasoning that we had eaten half of the sandwich before realizing the issue. This was not the level of service we expected, especially given the severity of the food quality problem.

Overall, this experience has left a bad taste, both literally and figuratively. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves both their food quality and customer service.

Dropped in on the way back from Byron. Would've gone to Ronalds McCafe but due to previous experiences I didn't want to celebrate my next three birthdays/ there waiting. So dragged myself to the Coffee Club. Unpleasantly unsurprised. Small Flat White and Cheese Toastie $19 and some change. Holy hell, I quickly cancelled the toastie. The skinny older woman at the counter should not be in retail. I waited for hours for breaky as i think coffee club is usually better than most outlets in service centres. Not this morning Nothing on the menu was available, only cakes Pretty annoyed Then I thought I would just have a coffee, and the coffee cups on top of the Coffee machine We’re so dirty, They looked like they never been washed.
