Cup & Co Floreat — Restaurant in Western Australia

We were excited to visit Cup & Co for a family birthday but unfortunately left disappointed. The floor under our table was dirty (food scraps) and the upholstery on the seating was stained. I was also surprised that they did not offer flavoured coffee options.

We ordered the Breaky Waffles, Avocado Bruschetta, and Creme Brulee Pancake Stack. Disappointingly, the waffle was cold, the bacon was overcooked, and the egg had a crunchy underside. Photos online suggest a full waffle with generous toppings; however, what we received today was only half the size. The bruschetta was a slice of bread toasted on one side only, not much avocado, a very sweet (almost syrupy) tomato chutney, and the 'beetroot chips' were nowhere to be found. Overall, the flavours in the bruschetta didn't feel balanced or complimentary. The pancakes were okay, but surprisingly 'too sweet' for my teen - something I've never heard him say.

Sad to say that all three meals felt overpriced and underwhelming, and due to the relatively small serving sizes, none of us left feeling full/satisfied.

My family absolutely loves this place — it’s one of our go-to spots. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff are truly exceptional — always friendly, attentive, and ready to make you feel at home. There’s a real sense that they care about the people who walk through their doors, not just as customers, but as part of a community.

The food is consistently excellent. You can tell they put real thought and care into every dish, both in terms of flavour and presentation. Whether it's a lazy brunch or a quick coffee catch-up, everything we’ve tried has been delicious and made with quality ingredients. It’s clear the team puts in the time and effort to make sure everyone has a great experience, and it really shows in the atmosphere and service.

We heard about Cup & Co from a couple that are going to be our new neighbours. It has a great reputation. I hope Cup & Co will truly be our local at The Grove!

This cafe is located on the ground floor of an apartment complex, Eden in Floreat. There is a park, carpark and a playground across the road.

Cup & Co Floreat has a nice and lively atmosphere. There is an indoor and enclosed outdoor dining. Great selection of food. A lot of options that I like in the menu. Modern, fusion and adventurous.

I had the slow cooked brisket on a waffle. It’s very delightful. So does my oat latte which is the most important. Everyone else enjoyed their food too. Definitely will return to explore their menu.
