This was my favourite place before. I used to introduce this place to everyone I met. Not anymore! The quality has reduced exponentially and no respect for customers whatsoever.

Ordered two Pizzas 1) POTATO & PANCETTA and 2) TRADITIONAL MARGHERITA

One single basil leaf on the whole Traditional Margherita - Come-on! What happened to you guys? Had to settle for tasteless bland pizza. The Potato and Pancetta was dripping in oil. You could literally lift the slice and all your fingers would be oily and as said before the oil will drip from the end. Again, the taste was bland.

There was no flavour in the pizza!

The most hurtful thing was how I was treated. I went up to the counter at Edgar's Inn to let them know the quality of the pizza. After letting them know as a loyal customer about the quality of the pizza, the person says we cannot refund the money back (I never brought that in the conversation or even hinted at it) . That felt extremely rude! I asked the person to come and have a look and his response was -"As you have already eaten the pizza, we cannot do anything". He couldn't even see the table from the counter. Again, assuming we had eaten the pizza though we only had a slice of each. Not sure if people have ESPs to taste without eating.

I don't like to waste the food and usually take away the leftovers. But this was just uneatable. Sorry! I had to leave the pizzas as...

Delicious!!!

Came here on a Thursday night, it was a 30 min wait for pizzas. So so so worth it! They were so good, I came back on Friday night to try another. Had the pepperoni pizza, sausage pizza and the sopressa. All were to die for! The dough was delicious, thin on the bottom but a crispy, doughy crust. Red sauce was so tasty and the toppings were all super flavourful.

The only issue I had was with the sopressa pizza, it has cherry tomatoes on it. While this makes it delicious, it did mean the whole middle of my pizza got soggy and stuck to the box. Would recommend getting a pizza without cherry tomatoes on it. Either way I will come back here a million times again!!

Connected to Edgar’s and you can order through at the bar, go inside mama doughs, or order via their website. It’s a little hole in the wall joint with outdoor undercover seating. Pub has space inside.

You can also get beers and other pub food all delivered to your table, so great if you have a bunch of people who can’t commit to one cuisine!

Thanks for the...

EDIT: I used to go every second week, until I witnessed one of the pizzaiolos making pizza, sick and with snot dripping onto his shirt. I'm not about leaving an angry review, so I wrote to the venue about health, safety and sanitary conditions but I'm disappointed to report they have not replied or tried to get in contact. The pizza may be good, but I'm not eating there until I'm convinced that they're being made under sanitary conditions.

I dare say that this is the best pizza in Canberra - and I have high standards (plus our friends ran a pizza restaurant for years.) Generous pizza size, generous toppings and properly made Neapolitan style pizza - none of that overloaded American style nonsense. I do wish that they had more choices for pizza toppings though - roasted eggplant, etc. There are only 6 seats inside so eat in the outdoor area (not fun in winter) or at...

Cannot recommend this authentic Italian eatery enough. The gluten free pizza base was to die for! STAFF: Really attentive, down to earth and friendly. MENU: Great selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free pizza's with exceptionally high quality ingredients. Very reasonably priced, at around $15-25 for most options. LOCATION: Amount many other boutique local businesses, with ample parking both on the street and in the car park around the corner. ACCESSIBILITY: Wheelchair, pram and wallet friendly. With plenty of outdoor tables also making this perfect for larger facilities and dogs. OVERALL: Cannot recommend enough, will definitely be back!
