Had a great experience here. Honestly, my personal rating would be 4/5 due to two minor preference points: I was expecting the croffle to be served warm, and I found the ice cream portion a bit too generous for the size of the croffle — they could likely halve it and still satisfy most guests (and save a bit on costs). That said, these are personal preferences, not criticisms of quality.

Service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and professional. The atmosphere is very calming, the space is spotless, and both the food and coffee were absolutely delicious. Would definitely come back and recommend...

it took half an hour to get three drinks and an undercooked bacon and egg role in an empty cafe

the two employees fussed over a charcuterie board for the only other customers instead of splitting up the tasks between us

the food was okay - not my taste but not actively bad

the staff were just really poorly organised so don't be fooled by the high rating, there's no need to go out of your way to get a coffee from here as the quality of the product does not make up for the unnecessarily...
