Issues I've had with this store

Toppings are not always consistent and distributed evenly.

A lot of the time when I pick up my order, I'm left just standing there while the staff actually decide to keep talking to each other instead of serving me right away.

One time they didn't put jalapenos on a spicy lovers because they had run out, and only told me when I arrived to pick it up. I asked for a refund since there's not much point to a spicy lovers without jalapenos and they should have called and let me know. I was offered a $1 refund (and refused full refund) and they could put "more chilli flakes". Pretty hilarious.

Changes to Dominos overall that are not great:

Fire Breather seems to have been removed and they've replaced it with Spicy Lovers which is missing 3 of the ingredients Fire Breather had.

They now charge you a late night surcharge. I wanted to order an hour before closing, so you're gonna charge me extra for that now?

They have a new "skip the queue" for $3 to get priority over other customers. Pretty sure it'd be ready in the exact same way at...

Just bought a pizza from the dominos kambah store. Ordered the same pizza as per usual. Took the pizza home and had one piece to discover how bad it actually tasted. Also realised they left out an ingredient on the pizza. Called the store to enquire as to what happened with the completion of the order. I let them know that the pizza tasted awful and was put on to the very unprofessional manager who would not understand my situation of being unable to drive myself back to the store to receive the "store credit" tonight for a terribly made pizza. The manager was very unhelpful and throughout the conversation progressively became ruder which led me to inform him that I would be calling the head office. He refused to give his name and ended the conversation very rudely and sarcastically talking and laughing at me. If this is the customer service I'm receiving from one the most popular pizza franchise's then I'm completely shocked. I've read other reviews of this place on google and majority of them are bad. Highly unrecommened. Dominos is really falling down...

I ordered 2 pizzas, a supreme and a pepperoni, the supreme came with olives that smelt and taste like poison, the manager even called me back to tell me that a supreme doesn’t come with olives. I know that, it was half my problem with the pizza the other half being that they tasted like poison. They shouldn’t have been on there. I called to advise the staff and ask for a refund as now I had 1 pizza I can’t eat. I was told I could only get a refund for the supreme… you have made me a pizza that is going to more then likely make me sick and you can’t even comp the order it’s ridiculous. Terrible...
