Hungry Jack's Burgers Kambah — Restaurant in District of Tuggeranong

TERRIBLE service. I ordered from Hungry jacks only half an hour ago and I’m disgusted. I ordered one small coffee, one medium chocolate drink, one pudding and one ice cream sundae. For one, the sundae didn’t even come, two, the coffee that was ordered tasted FOUL and disgusting, and third they made my chocolate drink a medium coffee. I don’t know who makes the orders but they need to be fired. After this, I called to complain. It took about four tries for them to pick up but when they did, they hung up on me even though they could hear me talking perfectly fine. If i could give 0 stars, that would be amazing. Terrible service, never ordering again. I hope nobody orders from Hungry jacks, and if you do, expect your order to come completely wrong and not correct at all. I will never be ordering from you again and if I did you’d be lucky. With this attitude there’s no wonder KFC is more popular than you, but I will be making complaints to hungry jacks. DON’T expect me to act civilised with you. You damaged my trust for hungry jacks and no longer feel that I can trust you with bringing my orders and delivering them as I ordered them. So much money went down the gutter with this order. Once again, i’m truly disgusted with how your staff act and how they’ve treated my family in this crisis. I WILL be spreading this news over to friends and family, unless you can fix this. What a sad excuse for a fast food place. McDonalds could do 1000 times better and I won’t be ordering again. Walk in, do not bother with the drive through. Somehow, despite this being a new build, they've built the worst drive-thru design I've ever seen (I wish I was joking). 1 lane the whole way and it's a really long drive-thru, so once you're in, you're committed, you now have to wait as long as it takes (even if that's 20-30 minutes). Really unusual decision how they made it, especially when they're seems to be 2-3 ways you could easily fix it. Car park is huge, but no-one ever seems to use it. Food is exactly what you expect from here, no changes, no surprises. Store is kept clean, facilities are fine, and quick to order in-store. Avoid the drive-thru and this is 4 stars, go through drive-thru, this is literally 1 star. I guess I'll meet in the middle and give a 2.

Edit: Avoid the drive through, 4 years later and they've done nothing to fix the mess that is their drive through. If they ask to park and you're in a big vehicle ignore them! Your large vehicle WILL NOT FIT in there horribly placed waiting bays. It will only cause chaos for the people trying to use the gym. The council should stop this store from asking customers to park because of the traffic...

I have not had Hj’s for a very long time - and. Judging from the products supplied probably never again. Albeit it was late, the queue was long, about 10 cars behind me. I was really annoyed, the serving bloke was polite etc. no complaints to him, the time was much longer than expected took far too long. The reason for this review is to tell everyone to ask for hot food every last thing I ordered was cold it was disgusting, add insult to injury they supplied the wrong burger, the chips were so cold it was horrible, the nuggets were worse, even colder like they’d been cooked ages before and left in a fridge; but the final straw for me was the COLD black coffee - I would have rejoined the queue but it was late 11pm and the queue was too long to join again - I drove home absolutely disgusted and wondered why I bothered. I don’t care what time it is - they should not be allowed to provide cold food and ‘hot’ drinks - I’m presuming I’m not the only person with this problem……… another annoyed customer driven away by...
