Oporto Weston — Restaurant in District of Weston Creek

I have never experienced such disrespectful. A person that looks to be from India, had a very thick accent and spoke really really fast. I repeatedly explained my order and he couldn't understand our simple order. When going to the windows I then asked hom to repeat my order and as he did I tried to explain that its wrong. He ignored me and kept arguing insisting that this is what we ordered. He was being rude and disrespectful and practically attacking us with his anger. After 15 minutes of constantly repeating the order.. he finally got it. I asked him to put chill on 3 bondie burgers and no chilli on vegetarian burger.

After we got home to eat we noticed not 1 butger had chilli. It was 11.25pm and they shut 11.30pm. So I rang up and asked if I may come in and he said no theyre closed. I wanted to let him know that not one of them had chilli. He then started arguing with me insisting his college put chilli. We could hear him being disrespectful in the background. They then hung up on us.

I am so upset. I spent over $80 and after trying to let the man comprehend our order he finally got it 30 mins later and yet STILL got our order wrong.

Please put someone who understands English and that everyone can understand. He speaks really fast with a thick accent so its nearly impossible to understand him.

I suggest no one go to Weston oportos. Horrible customer service. Very incompatant and...

I think this is the only Oporto where I've ever had to line up to order and had to wait 20 minutes for food. Clearly every tradie in a 20km radius seems to descend on this one place for lunch and proceeds to order a quadruple bondi meal with extra chilli, not to mention all the local lazy residents ordering giant uber eats orders holding up the queue for in store customers.

That said, staff here are friendly, my order has always been right and always seems to taste better when you eat in for some reason. The wine bottle cork seats are cool, there's one of two toilets broken or "broken", some parts of the store are a little run down. They also did rather well getting orders out with the massive amount of people that all turned up at the same time so don't hold that against them, they more lose marks for the other customers delaying my lunch.

As Elaine said, it should be based on who's hungriest.

Also did not stock Manta Ray burgers...

Recently, we visited Oporto for a family meal, and it turned out to be an excellent choice! With two hungry kids in tow, we opted for a full chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly grilled, bursting with smoky, flame-grilled flavor, and served piping hot.

What really impressed us was the generous portion size—plenty for all of us to share! The chicken was juicy, tender, and complemented well with their signature sauces. Our kids loved the mild options, while we enjoyed the spicier selections for an extra kick.

The atmosphere was family-friendly, the service was quick and welcoming, and we appreciated the clean and comfortable seating. Oporto really delivered on quality and taste, making it a great spot for an easy and satisfying family meal.

We'll definitely be back for another...
