Picked up the food from this McDonalds as a delivery driver. I would like to mention that Adam, the service manager is the hardest working manager out of all other McDonalds I have seen. Thank you for your consideration, I wish other McDonalds”Manager” think as you do the importance of fast delivery as you do. Time is money for the delivery people as well as fresh food to the customers.
We do understand that things get busy at night, and less crew.
But your attitude and consideration by at least acknowledging the order, and notifying the estimated time for getting the food ready is greatly appreciated.
I was completely surprised to see that.
Delivery person does not mind waiting, but to treat us as a hassle when we are trying to do our job by ignoring and making us wait while only concentrating on the drive thru, is basically not respecting us and our time. AT least have a decency to have some one at the pick up window, acknowledging the order. That way you have the delivery order getting through one by one.
Once again thank you Adam for your consideration. The way you handled 10-15 orders in 15-17 minutes was amazing to see. You had drive thru under control as well as delivery getting through seamlessly. Mind you, you had almost same number of staff if not more as the other stores.
Furthermore, I wonder if the Manager can work, to do a job and get 5- 8 dollars on average to complete one order but has to wait for 20-30 minutes to pick up the order. Basically 10-16 dollars per hour working at night.
McDonald BRABHAM and the worst one in Perth is “ MALVERN SPRING” should learn the process from you. I would like to see those Managers getting Paid 16 dollars per hour working at Midnight.
Thats all for my frustration, but Adam has given me hope. Keep it up. I hope the Owners recognise your...
Read morePleasant Experience at Duncraig McDonald's :)
I recently visited the McDonald's in Duncraig and was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service provided by the staff, particularly Molly and Caralea. Molly served us with a smile, demonstrating exceptional friendliness and politeness. Caralea, the cook in the kitchen, deserves a special mention for her skills that undoubtedly contributed to the positive change in this McDonald's since the new owner took over.
The quality of the food remains consistent with the McDonald's brand, offering what you expect from this fast-food giant. While the ambiance is not fancy, the positive changes are noticeable, earning this McDonald's a solid 5-star rating from me.
However, I couldn't help but notice a couple of areas that could use improvement. The eating areas, both inside and outside, could benefit from more frequent cleaning to enhance the overall dining experience. Additionally, it seemed like some staff members might require more training or encouragement to take initiative. Addressing this issue could lead to a more efficient and seamless operation.
One concern worth mentioning is the increasing prices of items on the menu. While McDonald's is known for its consistency, the rising prices for fast food might be a deterrent for some customers. It would be great if the pricing could be reviewed to ensure it remains reasonable for the fast-food market.
In conclusion, my experience at Duncraig McDonald's was positive overall, thanks to the fantastic ladies like Molly and Caralea. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, staff training, and pricing considerations, this McDonald's has the potential to offer an even more enjoyable dining experience...
Read moreDear the person in charge,
I would like to bring to your attention the hard work and good work done by your Barista’s but the disrespect your franchise is showing to your customers.
I very much enjoy a coffee in the mornings before work and come into your store almost every week day. On Saturday, I came into the store and there was one girl working as a Barista. I couldn’t believe how cool and calm she remained while trying to serve, make coffees, make fresh toasted sandwiches, opening the toilet door, answering general enquires and remaining pleasant. Fortunately, I am a patient person however I feel for the poor Barista staff who work so hard with NO support.
One of the girls I was in line with to place an order (for over 25 minutes), noticed an order pop up on the screen. The order had been placed where you order your general food from. I could see how furious she was and I explained to the lady it was not her fault, it is McDonalds. I ended up waiting for over 45 minutes before I got a coffee. NOT the Barista’s fault but your franchise for providing lack of support.
You really need to respect and appreciate the hard work done by your staff by providing them with support. Luckily I didn’t witness anyone abusing the young girl but I am sure that it would have happened if I hadn’t of pointed out what had happened.
And show some appreciation to your customers by providing them with a service a company as big as McDonalds, should be providing them.
If I have to wait around to order a coffee again, I will be going elsewhere and taking this matter higher...
