Bad experience. Ordered a burger and chips - simple enough. Waited 25 mins before going up to the counter to politely make sure they hadn’t forgotten (as many numbers after my number had been called by then) and was told to be patient and it won’t be any faster if I interrupt. You’d think there was a genius at work in there the way the owner spoke to me. I ended up waiting 55mins for a burger in which time the owner made several loud sarcastic comments to other customers which were clearly aimed at me. Totally unnecessary attitude from the lady who owns this shop. 1 Star is generous.

Recommend going to the Cellar Cafe a few doors down. Brilliant smiles and quality service every time :)

For over four years in ordering coffee , cake , pies , takeaway hamburgers ,fish and chips and sandwiches , there has been not even one reason for me to complain about anything with this shop , in fact it is amazing how well this shop provides such great service and maintain such high level of quality in all food and beverages that they serve under such enormous work load that the public demands from them , and they do this consistantly and very professionally . Absolutely the best Jalapeño n Cheese pies anywhere in Australia, hands down, bar none. I’ve had good ones before, quite a few from all over the place including full throttle, lil birdy and Shmoakseys, as well as various country and city bakeries all up the east coast and these are just next level. We always stock up when we can get there because they really ate the best.
