"Genuine Service with a Smile" Uncle Kenny and his wife Annie are the kindest, funniest most lovely couple who both have many years knowledge and experience in the food industry specialising in Vietnamese cuisine in particular. I have been fortunate enough to have got to know Ken and his Family (Mum &Dad also beautiful people) 1st hand as they took me on and taught me their way after I had knee surgery and was prepping to get back to work. I learnt so much working alongside Ken and his family and even when I made a mistake ( quite a few actually) they were very patient and helpful and corrected me with kindness. They have looked after Me and my family ever since .. I am very fortunate to have cooked, tasted and tried a wide Variety of the food/smoothies available at Ken's Cafe all made with exceptionally fresh ingredients. My favourite dishes are: Beef Pho - extremely good flu remedy!!! Seafood/Chicken Laksa Shaking Beef Banh Mi Rice Paper Rolls Big Breakfast Kids hotdogs Home made Giant Springrolls & Samosas!!! I make a habit of going around trying all the different banh mi's I can find and this one was a real winner. One of the few I've found in a soft bun too. I know traditionally it should be a crunchy roll but personally I like soft rolls and this one was the yums. Also possibly the best cheese sausage I've had too...this is something else I eat a lot of and I don't give praise easily. I'm fussy about the texture, the flavour, the skin, the cheese distribution. Restaurant quality food at the fraction of the price. I nearly come here everyday for lunch because the food is sooo delicious and very well price. Lovely staff and obviously a well experienced chef. Thankyou Ken’s!...
