The New Hotpot — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

We recently visited The New Hotpot in Helensvale, and I must say it was worth the drive! This place specializes in Chaozhou Style Hot Pot, and I was blown away by the quality of their dishes. The beef platter, consisting of rump, oyster blade, shin, and brisket, was incredibly fresh and tender. The star of the show, however, was their original beef bone soup. It had a rich and deep flavor that left me wanting more. Despite driving almost an hour from Brisbane, I will definitely be returning to this establishment. Absolutely beautiful experience, the meat was fresh and tasty, the owners were lovely and helped teach us how to cook the meat to perfection. It was well priced for 4 people, they top up the soup so you never run out and can have as much as you please. The side sauces were delicious and went so well with the meat. We got the medium meat deal, and it was great to experience it for our first time and see what meat we really liked.
