Australian Bakery Equipment Supplies — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

We bough a salad bar here. After few months, It did not work ( not cool ) and we asked for guarantee service. They said they were busy and could not come. They gave us a contact and said we had to paid for the labor cost to that man. They also said they would pay for any part if it was changed, but they would not pay for motor / compressor even it is under guarantee time. This term was not in paper or by saying before. We do not know which part may be broken except motor or compressor in cooling system as there are not other parts ! They are so smart in this adding guarantee term. They cheat us. They are not seriously and responsibility in business . They are happy with our money and we have trouble with salad...

Full bakery fitout and repeat customer, From start to finish they can not go far enough out of there way to help and make sure everything is okay with the whole process.....
