The coffee here is truly the highlight – rich, full-bodied, and exactly the kind of brew I enjoy most. It has that satisfying depth of flavour that makes you want to savour every sip, and for that alone, it’s worth stopping by. When it comes to seating, though, the options felt a little limited. Outside, there were just a couple of spots available, and inside, some of the tables could have been tidier. It wasn’t the most comfortable setup if you’re planning to stay and relax for a while. Service also left a bit to be desired – not unfriendly, but not particularly attentive either. It didn’t take away from the quality of the coffee, but it did make the overall experience feel less polished than it could be. That said, for a takeaway coffee, this place is a solid choice. If you’re after a quick cup that delivers on flavour, it won’t disappoint. Just don’t expect a sit-down cafĂ© atmosphere with lots of seating or standout service. It’s a spot best suited for grabbing an excellent coffee on the go rather than lingering.

Another one to add to the list of terrible coffee, way to hot and bitter. The young girls behind the counter are not very welcoming either. If you think this place has good coffee then you have never had a good coffee in you whole life, it terrible and also pricey a medium is more like a small.

A comparative newcomer to Woody Point, Brew Buggy is conveniently located on the corner of Arthur Street and Victoria Avenue with plenty of parking.

Its gentle colours of pink and white, make for a restful background as you drink your drink and eat your snack.

While it has both indoor and outdoor seating, it is very much a drop-in café; opening from 6-30 am to 11:30 am from Monday to Friday, and 7:00 am to 12:00 pm on the weekend.

You can see walkers, joggers and bicycle riders popping in to collect their hot drink or taking a load off their feet before moving on.

We enjoyed our cappuccino and matcha latte (ice) served by a friendly and cheerful staff member.

We found it a very pleasant way to start...

The staff (specifically two young women) appeared visibly miserable, as if they had no interest in being there—let alone serving customers. Their lack of basic courtesy and customer service made for an uncomfortable experience. Honestly, I’d rather grab a coffee from 7/11 than return to this cafe.

Save your money, go...
