As a devoted Earl Grey tea lover, I was disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered my favorite Earl Grey, but when it arrived, it tasted completely different. The tag was cut off, so I asked the staff about it, but they were rude and insisted it was the correct tea, claiming they donā€™t include tags. They didnā€™t offer to replace it and admitted they only serve one type of black tea under different names. The dismissive attitude of the staff was disheartening. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future. PS I also ordered the banana bread, which is supposed to be served with honey and ice cream. However, it arrived with just a layer of batter on top, missing the accompaniments I paid for. This was quite disappointing and did not meet my expectations.

I was served by Caitlin, who was absolutely lovely. Service was very quick and the food and coffee were amazing! I went for a late lunch and had the zucchini and & corn fritter with a side of chips, which is gluten gree and vegan! It was so balanced I was full without being over full and didn't require dinner. I will definitely be back.

After 101 days around Aussie it was great to get back to MEMORY LANE. The FOOD CHOICES šŸ’•and COFFEE šŸ’•are SUPERB most places came nowhere close to it, with the exception of Piccolo Coffee roadside at Bunbury WA or at Mount Barker Bakery, they both came a close second. At places we visited around Aussie, We had coffee šŸ˜that tasted like dishwashing water, coloured water no taste, and a coffee that tasted like water from a pothole šŸ˜±and coffee like it came out of a dirty machine just to name a few. So check out šŸ’–Memory Lane šŸ’–on Russell Island before you leave on holiday so you can compare and dream šŸ’–about that food and coffee back at the start of your journey, you wont be...

I like good Cafes, and this is a very good cafe! Menu is good with some interesting and delicious choices, some you would not expect in a small town Cafe. (I love the Turkish dishes). The food is tasty and well presented, the prices reasonable, and the service is great. Tables are always clean. The staff are friendly. There are many reasons why we keep going back! A suggestion (not a criticism), your Asian customers would love to have rice available as a choice with meals.

It would be great if opening hours were later on the weekends.
