Absolutely disgusted!! Go thru the drive thru at 3.17am for a latte & got told by the young girl at the speaker we are not opening till 3.30am. When I questioned this I got ignored at the speaker. Thinking I stuffed up I check the website & yes open 24 hours. So I'm still sitting in the drive thru speaker while I rang. Took ages for anybody to answer but finally a young girl answered & I asked "are you open 24 hours" & got the reply yes. So why am I being told you are not opening till 3.30 & when I questioned that, got ignored?? The girls exact response was "we've had a rough night & my manager gave us permission" Long story short I was telling the store manager at the window that I'm in customer service & never in my life have I seen such crap service & will be phoning head office. The manager did tell me, she is training a new girl & they just needed time to get things ready so they can serve us. Also was informed the head restaurant manager gave them permission to close!!
Pick up your game McDonald's. I only wish Hungry Jacks could be open for 24 hours & then the business you guys would loose. You need some good competition because then just maybe...you might teach your staff the values of customer service!!

Read moreI'm not a food critique I know crazy it being at maccas but hear me out but the food is good the presentation very thrown on there and yes it's maccas but it can be better its not the staffs fault im guessing it's the current management and ive only visited once and I've already guessed it's chaotic most of the time, the staff have no morale they panic on a slightly harder day than usual day and quickly lose they're temper also but I have noticed some workers trying to cheer they're other coworkers on but maybe with more people on shift or more crowd control lessons it could be better, because although there were only 5 people waiting there wasn't alot of work getting done alot of cheering and the lots of cheering can also mean too much talking and not alot of work getting done but it's work place and we're not robots so my final say I said most of this to waste time but on the dead homies this maccas should get a manager capable of keeping up morale while keeping control and keeping the workers at a good pace because consistency eventually equals speed and with a usual rotation making use of every workers unique ability and skill level every maccas including this one would flourish because as a team we're only as strong as our...
Read moreUsed the app. When I indicated I was there, the app said they couldn't find me and that I should proceed to store with a code. Staff member asked for code three times and asked me to proceed to window where manager intervened. Then we were asked to pay because apparently the payment was declined, but the app gave no indication that there was a problem with my card. We waited for ages and finally the drinks came and she indicated we were done. I told her we hadn't received our food and she said she was going to get it. The food bag arrived and seeing as it'd all been a balls up, we checked thoroughly to find a dbl qtr pounder was missing. So had to get out of the car and enter the store and tell them a burger was missing from the store. It looked crazy in there, the floor covered in rubbish.
