Disgusting Customer service, multiple mistakes whilst taking my order in the drive through, they placed a different order from what I asked for, far enough mistakes happen after 2 employees amended my order 3 times I went to the next window received my drinks then was asked to wait in the waiting bay..... time pasted slowly, then received the order went home checked the burgers..... I asked for a hamburger NO PICKLES, NO ORION'S, NO MUSTARD, my daughter is allergic and what do I find... A cheese burgers with MUSTARD and ORION'S with the cheese and previous pickles had been removed and burger re-wrapped. Ordered McChicken with bacon.... opened burger.... McDry Chicken patty with a side of bacon chilling out waving at me. I took the burgers back in store waiting around for a employee to acknowledge me 5 minutes later I had to flag down a Cook and asked for management š . Manager had attitude didn't care about my issues, didn't listen or acknowledge what happened just wanted to get rid of me, then she tried to run of and remake the hamburger, I stopped her and showed her the McChicken, her response was a dribble of sauce is what you get, if you want more you have to ask and pay, so she ran off again to make the burgers without listening to me I waited again....... she came back threw the burgers at me and repeated the changes and tried to šāāļø run away again... I stopped her and said there is supposed to have NO PICKLES on the hamburger, she was getting frustrated now, so she went back to make it and had attitude and said (It did not say NO PICKLES on the grill slip) I replied YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE MADE MULTIPLE MISTAKES AND DID NOT AMENDE THE ORIGINAL MISTAKE AND DID NOT RE-MAKE OR RE-PRINT THE BURGER OR SLIP, She threw the burgers across the counter at me and walked off.... I threw the receipt over the counter and said thanks for the apology she didn't care. Whilst I was waiting multiple times for the order to be corrected the employees in the cooking area where looking and laughing at me, I was ready to jump the counter and do some damage because of how disrespectful the staff are, so they waisted my time so I waisted there's by chucking the burgers on the floor š in the restaurant, I was fed up and not in the mood any more....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had a bad and weird experience at the drive through this morning. I ordered 1 cup of coffee through the app and wanted to collect it through the drive through. When we arrived at the drive through, the girl at the speaker spoke and we said we are collecting order# LF73. She said something to which we replied thank you. As we ordered through the app, we drove straight to the pick up window. When we were parked at the pick up window, the staff there were clueless to what our order was. So a girl spoke to us and we said that we ordered through the app & gave the code again. She said she wasn't able to get our code at the speaker and when she asked us we had already driven off. Then comes the weird part, she told us to drive around again to the speaker box so we can give her the code again. We found this weird as we were already talking to her directly. I told her i can give you the code now. She then said that we can only give the code to her at the speaker box coz that's where her counter is where she can enter the code. I mean seriously, can't she take the code right then & there and walk a few steps to her counter instead of telling us to drive around again. Please note that there were no other vehicles behind us at the drive through so nobody was waiting. I understand that was a miscommunication at the speaker box the first time but to tell us to drive around again to give her the code really seems silly. A more acceptable option was for her to take the code again when we were directly talking with her, tell us to wait at the waiting bay then walk to her counter & punch in our order. It wouldn't have hurt her to do that. As we didn't want to follow her silly instructions, we just drove off and I didn't have my morning coffee. So 1 star for service, actually if there was zero stars would have been more...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI could go on and on about this place. Having worked a fast food job in the past, I canāt comprehend how this store is so notorious for missing items in orders. Are they even trying to read the order? Normal nuggets instead of spicy, fries instead of apple slices, vanilla coke instead of coke no sugar. How does it go so wrong? The service is atrocious, the girls that work there have so much unnecessary attitude. I was given a drink the other night and the lid hadnāt been fitted properly, so when taking it, it spilt all over my lap and in the centre of my car. I called back over and over again asking for help and was ignored by the girl until her coworker pointed me out. She then took the drink off me and gave it back with another lid, leaving me still covered in soft drink. When asking again for a napkin, she didnāt say anything and passed me a handful of napkins, no apologies, no offer for another drink now that I was wearing half of it. The staff here treat you like youāre an inconvenience, when their job is so simple and minimal effort is needed to be a nice person. And lastly, the food can be terrible. Everything is always deep fried to the max and dry, hard and chewy. The stores in absolute ruins. Needs a complete restructure. Managers have no professionalism and itās mostly ran...
