Ordered 3 large kebabs and a meatlovers pizza. We were so pleased with our order. The pizza was delicious with so many toppings & the kebabs had great filling too. We have definitely found our new pizza/kebab shop! Customer service was lovely too, thank you so much! :)

As you can see from my previous review, I was happy to find a nice kebab shop to order from, unfortunately our next 5 experiences have been below par.

Wait times, incorrect orders and poor customer service are the main theme, but we kept coming back as it was so good the first time however last night we decided NEVER AGAIN.

Entered the store and was not at all acknowledged for over 5 minutes. There were no other customers in the store, however the 2 staff members were preoccupied with delivery orders. When they finally got around to taking my order I ordered 3 kebabs, a large chips and a large meatlovers pizza. Waited 30 minutes and the kebabs and chips were ready. No pizza. The man claimed he didn’t know I ordered a pizza however it’s literally on the receipt and written on one of the kebab slips. Waited a further 25 minutes so you can imagine our chips are now gross and kebabs are now soggy and lukewarm, only to be given a RAW PIZZA. It’s not only raw, but much smaller than it used to be yet has increased $2 in price. It was completely inedible so it went in the bin. The chips were also disgusting. Paid $6 for a large and as you can see by the photo, we were not given very many.

Really wish we had just not gone back after our previous negative experiences, but we really wanted to like this place. We will not be back. I hope you can pick up your game for the poor customers who will continue to...

I’ve been to many kebab shops, but OZI KEBAB stands out as the absolute best! I had an amazing experience at OZI KEBAB with Kasim who served us with exceptionally high customer service. He was awesome and very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and get our very large order correct.

The kebabs were absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. The meat is tender and perfectly seasoned, with a great balance of spices. The pita is soft, fresh, and warm, and the toppings are just the right amount of sauceyness and flavoursome (wrapped perfectly with no soggyness and no leftovers in bottom of the bag).

They aren't just about kebabs they have a variety of yummy items on the menu, including pizzas, loaded fries, snack packs and more... Their pizzas are to a high gourmet standard and cooked to perfection. They also have a few delicious dessert pizzas that are amazing.

You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the portions are generous. The staff are awesome and so very friendly and always provide excellent service, making you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. Definitely worth the 5 stars – I’ll be coming...

Ordered late at night tonight. Rude customer service, and had to correct staff several times with the order, also they overcharged and the order had to be fixed up. Ordered a chicken kebab and 2x chicken HSP. It was cold soggy food. The kebab especially. All of the food had hardly any meat on it. Order was just sitting there waiting for other food and chips to be prepared. Have ordered here before and has never been this bad, until recently. It was horrible soggy food. Have tried to call but mail box is always full. Maybe it could be due to several complaints, but am unsure. Not sure if they have new staff on but the food is horrible compared to previous orders. What has happened? By the way we didn't have it delivered and was picked up and ordered in store. The food was that bad we wasted $47 odd dollars and threw most of the meal away. What a waste of money. Also since originally posting this I finally got to speak with staff and they were not willing to offer any sort of compensation or reimbursement, so be prepared if your meal is bad you won't get any help.
