This bakery is a little tucked away from the main strip and shopping centre, but do yourself a favour and venture out to find it. I saw some photos of a post of a Neenish tart that had passionfruit icing instead of the traditional pink and chocolate icing that they sell there. I was not disappointed, I bought 2, one to eat there and one to have later. At $2.50 each they were an absolute bargain. So delicious and highly recommend. There was even pineapple in the jam, making this a surprising tropical twist on an Aussie classic. I also had a mini pie and curry puff, both were very delicious.
