1/10/23 Lot 100 more like lotto 100 Poor table location for meal- next to glass door that had kids and patrons pushed past every 4-5 mins for the entire meal approx 2.5hrs First 1.5 hrs had us waiting for food 6 x radish 3 x bite size starters & a ? frozen baked bread for 3. Starving by this stage we ordered a pizza. Great attempt by a 2yr old running a kitchen, poor attempt by the cook not a chef. I ate 1 slice to stop the hunger poor choice on my behalf like our booking. Salad -poorly seasoned (leaves in a bowl) Turnip dish way to salty which we didn’t eat. Chuck beef - as stated poor. Mains beef - I was glad to see this dish but not eat it. Poor cut that arrived cold & tough. Once again, if we could eat it very little on plate - staff looked after us on this one they must have known. Mains not eaten as well. We left before our dessert was delivered as life is too short to waste at this venue. We paid full price and gave our feed back to manager. Thank you to the manager that listened to our feed back and attempted to make better with a small gift of a 6 pack of beer & 2 apple cider bottles. We came for the food and to enjoy lot 100 but it left a bad taste in our mouth $70 per head plus drinks- no food enjoyed even a pizza- really the pizza was bad as well. Salad -can you even do anything to stuff that? Wow - do yourself a favour don’t waste your petrol, time or money at Lot 100. South Australia has great food, wine, staff & locations. This is not one of these.

Communication with Nicole & Jess (event coordinators) was second to none, everything was followed through, any concerns, questions, requests & more was all answered & seen to. Jess at Lot.100 gave me recommendations/suggestions for measurements of table cloths how I’d wanted it to look & they turned out great! Really gave that classic event feel to it all. Everything looked amazing, seeing the vision come to life with all the help from those who had a part in it all at Lot.100. Options for those who had allergies or vegan/vegetarian were great, the food choices were amazing & the food was phenomenal, after 4weeks everyone is still talking about how good the food was! Also, Tom who was helping through this experience & was by our side on the night ensuring everything was to our liking & seeing if anything we needed. It was so lovely to not only have such a beautiful venue but to have such lovely people helping us on the start of our wedding journey. We were so so pleased & impressed with everything from start to finish, even the next day when we had to collect our belongings they accommodated a later pick up & moved our things away from others, we had lunch there in the meantime & greeted by Tom & others from the night before & still speaking of the night!    Read moreZero stars. Had the worst experience at this place. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon to attend a booked farewell for a friend. We were late because we had to wait for our 1 year old to wake up from his nap before leaving. We were met in our car by a bouncer and were told only bookings could be let in. We told him we had one, and the name, but his immediate response was “Nup”. He didn’t even check a list. We were confused so phoned our friends who were inside and confirmed that the booking name I told the bouncer was the correct one. Our friends also said that one couple from the booking just had to leave, so there was plenty of room. We relayed this to the bouncer, who again refused, saying he had been instructed not to let anyone in because they were above capacity and had to reduce numbers. He told us we could wait in line behind about 8 other cars until they started letting people in, but that it was unlikely we would get in at all, so should just go home. We couldn’t believe it. Not only did we make a 2 hour round trip with a 1 year old for nothing, but were denied seeing our friends for their farewell. We also had to cop disgraceful attitude from this bouncer in the process. Shame on you Lot 100. Rude staff, mismanagement, and denying booked customers entry. To anyone thinking of going here, my...
