Indian Courtyard — Restaurant in Highton

Please don't waste your money at this establishment. We ordered over $120 of food for take away. The food was poor. We has Vegetarian Korma which tasted like a an old cashew curry sauce, but what made it worst was that the vegetables were a frozen vegetable mix, carrots cubed, beans watery and corn? We also had Aloo Gobhi, and the potatoes and cauliflower had been microwaved and you could tell they had just been added to the sauce at the last minute as they were tasteless and you could tell it had not simmered in the sauce. My son has Lamb Rogan Josh and the meat was again added to the sauce later and need a steak knife to cut it, it was not tender. My other son had Butter Chicken and it was tasteless and the sauce tasted like it had been reheated quite a few times. The Saffron rice had a few sprinkles of saffron in just plain white cooked rice, so not the real deal. Overall a bad experience and a waste of money. Please do yourself a favor and save your money and get a jar...

I don’t want to give even a single star. But, without reviewing, I am not able to post about this restaurant in google. I have visited to this restaurant quite a few times. I have tried food over there and felt it’s not fresh at all coz of the taste and smell. One of my friend already worked there but until now she haven’t been paid. I’ve ordered from Indian court yard a couple times now, and omg I love their food, they are true to their selection of spice aswell. And the flavours are amazing, and food is fresh. Will love to come visit your restaurant soon guys ! Keep doing what you’re doing it’s amazing.
