Little treat for the family , thought we would Eat in for a change,, Ordered 3 meals, paid $17 for a custom Angus burger, and gee I want looking forward to sinking my chompers into this Gold class Burger, as I skipped breakfast and Lunch.. I was salvating creating my masterpiece,,I open the box and it looked like Mr slap happy got excited in the kitchen and missed the Crutial grilled onions.
No worrys, took the burger to the counter, and asked nicely for the missed grilled onions to be placed on the burger.. waited a moment.. and here comes the masterpiece.. got back to my table.. open the box and Mr old slap happy threw a handful of Raw onions in my bun.. A little bit prissy now,, I go back to the counter and ask if the menu had changed.. due to raw onions and not grilled.. I also requested that my burger to be re-made , as by this time it was a cold as frosties back end, not to mentioned , this $17 burger had exchanged roughly 6 hands.. I'm not paying to catch covid.. I waited a further 25 minutes! No sorry, no explanation, just staff staring ,laughing and talking under there breaths..
Very unprofessional!
By then my family had finished their meal, and we had 20 minutes to get to an appointment..
So now I'm Hangry , and deserve no stars .. waste of money.. my base bun fell off , dye to excessive oil which wasn't drained.. Soggy bun.....

Using the self serve kiosk we ordered a few items including soft serve desserts. When we approached the counter to collect our food I noticed the desserts missing. I asked the lass at the counter to which she replied "we can't do ice cream at the moment as the machine is broken". I then had to ask to be refunded for the missing desserts I had already paid for. This was met with an uncommunicative grunt and an angry look. She then summoned, who I presume to be the manager over whereby they proceeded to discuss the matter as if I wasn't there... By this time our food was getting cold(er) so I mentioned we would sit down and eat whilst they negotiated how to give a refund. Fast forward 15 minutes and I still had not been refunded. I approached the counter once again where I'm met by the manager who now sports a confused look on his face. I'm required to recount the whole story then wait a further 3 minutes while he arranges my refund. Would we...
Read moreI stop at the Bridgewater McDonald's on a regular basis when travelling north. Yesterday I went in and acquired coffees and went back for a donut, well!!
The lady behind the coffee area was very busy. One of the male supervisors came through and appeared to indicate to her whilst she was flat out making coffees to take a break at......such a time. He then moves around the end of the site, McCafe area, sees me waiting and returns after asking if I am awaiting to place an order.
Ok. The male takes the order at about 1620hrs, for the donut @ $2.75 hands me the ticket and then......walks off. Well what is he doing. The donut is but 0.5 meters from him and he cannot hand me the donut.
Therefore I said "mate can you hand me the donut".
His reply as he walked off, " I have put in the order".
