Motto Motto Japanese Kitchen - Fairfield Central — Restaurant in Idalia

When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by staff and found my table, was told to order through QR code. I ordered the classic tonkotsu with lychee iced tea and pork gyoza. The iced tea came out within 2mins of ordering it and tasted like I was eating lychees - amazing! However, when the food came out (also within 10mins of ordering) the food looked okay, the bowl was huge but only ¾ full. Only received half an egg that was stone cold in the middle and 3 thin slices of pork :( noodles were a normal amount which was okay, but they were a bit soggy. The broth tasted great at first but the more I ate, the more I could taste raw flour... not very appetising.

I was super excited to dine here, I've had real pork tonkotsu in singapore and it blew my socks off, whereas this, this was highly disappointing. It smelt amazing when I walked in so I had high expectations that fell really flat.

From about 5am till 9am I had to repeatedly run to the toilet to empty my bowels from the food I ate there last night. I'm amazed that they decided to serve "super broth" that tasted like flour. Please taste your food and check temperatures before...

Ordered take away from the app came to collect to find the store never received it.. not a problem tried to resolve with helpful staff who offered to remake the meal after we showed them the order online aswell as bank receipts. Unfortunately thats when the manager came over and tried to refuse us service accusing us of not paying after seeing both the online order and the online bank account taking my phone number and proceeding to try hold the food until we payed again. When we finaly received our meals the manager proceeded to harass me over text over this payment. I have checked with the bank at it has defenitly gone through unsure if the manager was having a bad day or if there was other things going on but extremely unprofecional way of dealing with customers as we tried everything to resolve...

The Karrage Chicken was absolutely lovely. That was the first meal I had at Motto Motto here at Fairfield Waters. It was delicious and there were plenty of veg etc. However, I had the ramen. I have had ramen in different cities. This was very disappointing. There were three very small pieces of pork belly, sure there was an egg and the noodles. The broth was amazing. But that was it. I was very disappointed. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and not able to take photos. I have had Ramen before in Brisbane, Melbourne and this was just disappointing to me.
