Hi, Im sorry my visit at KFC Brassell can NOT be rated. Im absolutely disgusted in the service at this store. The staff were working as fast as possible to cater for the volume of customers. After waiting 40 minutes standing at the counter with no attendant waiting to take our order. Apparently she was helping make wraps out the back, then appeared to pack what I believe were drive thru orders and a couple of walkin orders. Another lady and myself asked to see the manager. We were told she was busy also. After waiting a while she came to the front counter. Im sorry to say, her customer skills were non existent. She was having trouble walking and from what I saw she had no organization skills at all. I believe she should not be in such a busy store at peak hour of business. Also I found this store to be understaffed for such a peak period. I understand there was alot of pressure on the staff, but a good manager would be making it known and encouraging staff and continually frequenting front counter for customer service. There were many angry and disappointed customers tonight. I have frequented other stores with no problems what so ever. Yes we all expect to wait but not over three quaters of an hour. I will have to think twice before taking my patronage to this store again. Time for a change KFC Brassell. Put a manager that is younger and can physically keep up. Read moreGetting dinner tonight from here was a experience. Standing in line listening to other Customers complain about the length of time service was taking. Not a large number of customers in store , but It soon became evident that the problem was the Manager Nicky. She showed no sence of urgency in her service, she was unpleasant and was described by others as rude, I soon as I made my way to her to be served found this out myself. I stood there waiting for her to serve me, she said she would be a second to take my order. She turned away and started filling orders with her co-worker who was quite agitated. I still waited .By this stage i have observed Coleslaw being served to customers out of a box sitting on the counter, this was there the whole time i was WAITING . I have a photo of this and was adamant that i was not going to accept mine from there. Nicky still has not returned to serve me. Her very busy assistant came to take my order.I asked what the expected time would be for our order and she was extreamly rude and told me straight " I dont know ". So not only did i receive bad service , with 2 rude Customer service people I watched while they served a chilled product out of a box sitting on the counter.I was spared and mine came out of a fridge as the one in the box Nicky told her co-worker it was broken. After standing at the front counter for 7-10 mins without being served watch the attendant taking her time with everything she did, an uber eats driver showed up and the attendant started serving him. I asked her if she was going to at least take my order. Her reply was simply that she was busy. So I left. With service like that, or should I say with a lack of service like that I don't think I will return to that store and will be telling all my family, friends ànd work colleagues to do the same. I'm sure the rest of the staff are quite efficient. It's a shame that one blonde haired female let the whole store down!!!
