I visited this pub, I was surprised by the pleasant interior, clean toilet. I ordered pizza and tea. Was driving a car so didn't order a beer or a stronger alcoholic drink. I was very surprised by the Lipton tea bag in a paper cup! Ok And the price is $4 for tea! The pizza was even more surprising, the look of the pizza was disgusting, and when it cooled down a bit, the dough was hard as glass! I don't recommend this place for pizza! Disappointment and money down the drain! Although I came to this place with the best intention! This is probably why on Friday it was deserted and boring, there were many empty tables and chairs without visitors! Maybe not tourism season. In my heart I sympathized with this owner's business. Perhaps he needs to think about getting a good and professional chef to work for him. Then there will be many visitors in this place. When I thanked the owner for his pizza, he didn't even notice my words. Perhaps he, too, was very upset by the empty hall. From the bottom of my heart I wish him prosperity for his business. And he respects the visitors of his establishment, who leave money in his...
Read moreWouldn’t recommend if you have children, not family friendly at all. Stayed with my 2 year old the duration of our visit and when he walked into the open female toilet without a door (directly next to our table) and carried out the waste paper bin the owner stormed over and asked us to keep him seated and began quoting the liquor act (?) she was doing this while walking round the venue without wearing a face mask - so obviously not that concerned about rules and regulations!! Also if she was the approved manager on site she shouldn’t have been sat down drinking alcohol. So would recommend if your children are silent robots who don’t speak or move! Food average, no plates/cutlery/napkins. You are welcome to help yourself to a roll of paper towel....
Read moreWe were excited to visit this place as they had live music advertised on a Sunday arvo. Unfortunately the musician had gone home due to no customers, prob should have been our first red flag. The place was lovely with great outdoor area, playground for kids and friendly service. We ordered the kids a bowl of chips for the kids ($12!) and some beers. Although the chips were delicious there was literally 10 chips in the “bowl”, kids were so disappointed (as were the parents who’d just spent $12 on a tiny amount of chips 😳). The beer was even worse unfortunately. It was anstringent/acidic and had a barley aftertaste. Was a shame as this place could be so fantastic, but then didn’t surprise us that there were only a few customers on a sunny...
