Had a very negative experience at this venue, avoid at all costs!

I ordered a family pack and was told it would be half hour (no worries) get down there to pick it up and have to wait another half hour (hour total, annoying..) wrote as much on their FB page and got a message from one of their employees calling me a cu#t, i ring and ask to speak to managment who fob me off and the young bloke tells me she doesnt understand english so i tell him what happened but he didnt take me seriously. On the review itself she accused me of writing a fake review and has ignored all evidence that i was actually there (thanks covid sign in). Just found this excellent authentic Cantonese Chinese take away. Generous serves, reasonably priced and pretty quick. All entrees, soups and mains ive tried have been excellent. Thoroughly recommend. Update: I've been half a dozen times since last review and I'm still giving this place 5 stars. The only small negative is that they always manage to spill sauce into your t/a bag so it's messy when you unpack at home. Have lived near Kempsey for years but have never been there before BUT I must say the meals are fantastic, large compared to the other Chinese restaurants around, great tasting and price is quite reasonable for what you get. I take my hat off to this Chinese restaurant and the staff....
