Subway — Restaurant in Launceston

My children love subway food and we often go to the Prospect one. I don’t usually want to eat there but I’d love to have a coffee while the kids eat. For months(maybe 6?) their coffee machine has been broken. Then finally one day I asked for a coffee and they said yes, but a minute later said they have no milk. A week later we were back and I asked for a coffee and he said “I’m so sorry we can’t make coffee this morning” It not a big deal they are lovely staff, the food s good, the restaurant is clean, but what have they got against...

Me and my father regularly dine at this store, however that is likely to change after the terrible service we received tonight. One of the servers refused to speak up asked because neither of us couldn’t hear her, got both our orders wrong and had to be correct several times, still getting them both wrong in the end. On top of this, seemed annoyed when asked to add a sub box to order and didn’t seem to know what a sub box was. Usually the service here is fantastic so we were very disappointed...

I was at Prospect subway. When ordering the young lady behind the counter was shouting, asking what I would like. I had to shout back as the music in the store was so loud that I had to ask her to turn it down and told her that I was not shouting to be heard (we really are no more than a metre apart). She then pulled her gloves off and turned the music down, I still felt I was shouting but it was better. She made a show of pulling on new gloves and made my 2 subway footling with less care...
