Molly May's — Restaurant in Manilla

Crusty old lady who works there has a very rude attitude. Huffy puffy. Doesn't want to work there, has her own problems and takes it out on the customers. Breakfast and Ultimate Milkshakes were a disappointment. NOTHING like the pictures advertised on Facebook. You do not get what you pay for. Paid $151 did not come with a smile and a friendly, welcoming attitude. They ran out of product and were incapable of communicating and discussing this with the customer. For example: we ordered the brownie ultimate shakes, that did not come with a brownie and we ordered bubblegum ultimate shakes that was not bubblegum flavoured because they were out of bubblegum icecream. We were only told this when we started asking questions on why the product they had given us, looked nothing like the photos. One excuse was "the photos are old photos".... yet the photos are posted on Facebook weekly. I did plan on purchasing tea and lollies in store, but my mind was changed after receiving service with such a rude attitude. I will NEVER EVER EVER be going back here again. Stay away from this place. There is such hype about Molly May's, but it's not worth it. Not worth the travel, not worth the money, not worth the time. Breakfast was what was ordered and received on the menu family of 4,no issues...But milkshakes received was not what we ordered as same as picture costed $72 for four milkshakes,this was disgustinly dissappointing,even though my daughter enquired about what type of milk they had in supply,attitude was given by the elderly lady serving her,sighing sounds and rolling her eyes and pulling faces and slamming a container of milk on the bench displaying full cream milk,my daughter asked so you don't have soy or rice milk,oh yer we do have that.Ordered 2 bubblegum,received vanilla with red and yellow topping.Ordered choc fudge ,no choc fudge received.Staff being in the kitchen should have communicated better with customer,2 stars only poor customer service communication,which needs to improve by the staff,especially the elderly woman.Considering we spent close to $160 on bfast and milkshakes.We will not return poor customer service and communication.We travelled an hour especially to treat ourselves with these so called milkshakes,obviuosly not living up to...

We stopped in here for a late breakfast on our way home from Manilla.

We were too late for breakfast. All day and lunch options available to order from.

This is a cool place in the Main Street at the north end of town. They sell mixed items also. It was good to sit inside on a warm summers day. The air con was appreciated.

We ordered a bacon and egg roll, BLT, coffee and a milkshake.

The coffee, milkshake and bacon and egg roll came out in good time. The BLT took a lot longer.

The bacon and egg roll was good and hit the hangover spot. The extra strong almond flat white was also good.

I enjoyed the caramel milkshake though they are never big enough. I’m a guts and will make myself sick so probably good. The BLT finally arrived. Good size. Came with chips that I wasn’t expecting. Seems I can’t read a menu when hangry.
