Bella Ninas Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Melbourne

I don’t mean to put down small businesses but if your going to serve extremely poor quality pizzas then expect the expected,

From the quality of pizzas I’m assuming this place has new owners, again. This is now the fourth time not only myself but another family member has purchased pizzas from them.

You can’t hand customers pizza that’s on almost paper thin crust. On top of that make the margarita pizza with cheese completely missed from the end and have missing cheese from the end of the pizza to almost half way up.

Pepperoni with more pepperoni than cheese and meat lovers that tears in half because the base is so thin.

I’m sorry for the poor review but Im certain others would have complained about the quality and it’s quite obvious they don’t take over the phone complaints seriously.

We were weekly dedicated customers until tonight...pizza took over an hour and twenty minutes too arrive and was cold and disgusting. I call politely to let them know our pizza was cold and the owner replied "the pizza was sent out straight away and it was impossible it was cold....even though it took an hour and a half to arrive from 7 kilometers away! Pasta was so over cooked, it was mush. Carbonara cream sauce was separated and there were lumps of egg. Garlic bread tasted like freezer burn and appeared microwaved. Sticky date pudding was hard as a rock, burnt from being microwaved and also tasted of freezer. Greek salad was basically all cos lettuce, which had not been drained properly and the dressing was dreadful and overloaded with dried herbs. So disappointed.
