The menu at Blazed Bar & Grill is a food lover's dream come true. As a steak enthusiast, I was eager to try their renowned steak with delicious salads and chips. The sticky pudding with vanilla ice cream and raspberry chocolate fondant were the perfect way to end my meal on a sweet note. This place is awesome, My partner and I came here because I was in desperate need of a good steak, however, she is Gluten-free and vegetarian. Now you'd think coming here would be silly but no, not only did they have a veggie burger which is what she chose. The chef himself came out and explained how they have run out of store bought veggie patties and he has made his own homemade veggie patties. We could see his passion for food.

He came out to explain what it was and also after the meal to check how it was and if we liked it. My partner was over the moon as it is hard to find good vegetarian options in a lot of places Especially ones that accommodate and actually care if it tastes good.

( and needless to say the steak was cooked perfectly at the level of cooked I requested, they had a red wine sauce that was absolutely unique compared to other sauces anywhere has to offer )

We've been to restaurants in the city that will cost 350+ for two people. But do their chefs have the effort or passion to come talk to you no they don't..

But this blazed is amazing, also the waiter was one of the best most efficient and friendly guys I've ever met. Knows what he's doing to.
