I was in that shop tonight as a food delivery man. A young man standing next pizza oven told me food would be ready in 4 minutes. After 11 minutes, I asked the old man who is supposed to be the owner or the boss that how much longer I still need to wait for. The restaurant owner answered me angrily and aggressively as follows, “are you hungry?” I replied that I am not hungry, but the focus is that you told me in 4 minutes food would be ready, however I had been waiting for more than 10 minutes. The restaurant owner asked again “are you hungry? You have to wait if you are not!” I felt very bad because I came to this restaurant as customer while the restaurant owner smiled at me. In contrast, the restaurant owner talked to me with very rude manners when I came in as a delivery man. My suggestion to the restaurant owner is, do not judge people by their roles! Most ridiculous customer service I have ever received. After waiting 2 hours for our order to be delivered to the table & not a single server coming over & letting us know how much longer we will have to wait, I walked up & asked how much longer our food would be. I was met with an extremely rude response that left some people in our party in tears. When the manager came out we did not receive an apology, only multiple excuses as to why pizzas take 2 hours to make. Once they finally arrived at the table only 6 out of 8 pizzas made it.
