08/01/2025: 07:30pm: Yesterday I was at that place and witnessed an act of discrimination towards me. I usually work making deliveries at Uber eats, as usual I went to pick up an order at this place, but when I arrived I noticed the bad attitude of the employees there, they asked me where the delivery bag is? -I told them I have it in the car, I'll go get it, when I brought it, he started to tell me that he was not going to give me the food, and he repeated no no I'm not going to give you the food, he refused to give it to you because you didn't bring the delivery bag the first time, I asked several times -why? but I always got the same answer, I said okay and left, then I was in front of the restaurant reporting the problem to the Uber app, they understood me and told me, -we are sorry that you had to go through this situation. Uber canceled the order and I was able to continue working, but while I was waiting outside in the car, another guy who also worked for Uber arrived and to my surprise he DID NOT take down his delivery bag either, he went into the restaurant and they made him return it, he came back with his bag and they gave him his food without a problem, then I asked the guy, do you work with Uber and they gave you the food, even though you forgot your bag for the first time? He said yes why? I told him: -They didn't give me my food, he said but if you have the bag with you and I said I know, it doesn't seem fair to me. then I entered the restaurant angry and in shock and I told him if he gave him the food even though he forgot the bag, he started yelling and saying things that I didn't understand, I just told him it doesn't seem fair and I would like to talk to your boss. To finish this, my question is why me? why with me? what was the cause, and if you are the boss and you are reading this comment, could you ask the employee why he discriminated only against me, (even when the other guy was carrying a small Aldi bag that is not for delivery, (if you have cameras, you can check this), I feel sad and bad about this situation, I have worked for more than a year at Uber and this act of discrimination has never happened, my satisfaction percentage is 100% without ever complaining about a customer or restaurant, do you think this was fair to me? I demand my apologies from the Domino's...
Read moreI RECEIVED FOOD POISONING- PLEASE READ AS TO HOW THEY RESPONDED TO THIS. I am a regular customer of this store and after getting a delivery order I experienced Food poisoning (severe nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps and diarrhoea) all night and to the next day. I contacted them regarding this the day after, the lady was very rude to me (speaking over me, cutting me off) explaining they had a process of investigation where they would contact other customers, require a doctors certificate and that only one item of the 5 would be refunded. I waited till the next day and heard nothing so contacted them again, where yet again I was met with a terrible attitude but also disbelief at my illness. I was cut off and talked over too aggressively on the phone by a female manager, I had to be very assertive and was told someone would drive out to bring my full refund. No one came so I rang again 2 and half hours later and was told they would come in the morning, I did not accept this ,was told they would come now (in an hour) and also if I 'didn't like it do not order again from them, do not order here again'. A worker came to my house eventually with $40 when the full amount was $41.90 and took a photo of me receiving this 40 as he stated he was instructed to do. I explained to the worker that it was short and felt sorry for him being put in this situation. With no contact, later a worker appeared unannounced at my door at 10:50pm! with $2 and again took a photo of it being received as he was instructed to do. Is this how you treat your loyal customers when they receive food poisoning for $41.90. Also is this how you treat your staff. I feel so sorry for those boys you sent here and empathy for how uncomfortable they were. Why as a manager and store manager would you not come and see me yourself as you stated. I have so much more to say and will not stop at this. I could not post the word count I have written in my report that I have passed on to Dominos head office and will also be passing on to other relevant resources, reviews and inspectors. I'm disgusted and appalled. I cannot believe this is how you treat your loyal customers and I also cannot believe this response and alleged refund policy. THERE IS NO WAY WHAT HAPPENED IS IN ANY WAY LEGAL. THIS...
Read moreFeedback from a very disappointing experience just now at Dominos at Langwarrin Plaza. We picked up a decent sized order on behalf of someone...firstly not ready when the ready now advice came through but we had no issue waiting the extra 7 minutes. These things can happen. However on dropping off the order we'd collected, approx 10 minutes drive from the store, we were asked where the chocolate shakes were. The shakes had been ordered, paid for, but not provided. We rang the store asking for them to be delivered and the girl, who was very polite and quite young so I won't mention her name, said they were not able to deliver them. When I said it was her fault for not providing the full order, she said that the normal procedure is that customers asked for their drinks. I asked for a refund and she said they weren't allowed to do that for part of an order. The only option was to forgo the shakes (no way at $8 each) or to drive all the way back and get them (10 minutes each way). This is a very disappointing experience. Of course the pizzas have now been eaten, without the shakes, which will come, but it isn't the experience that had been paid for. Yes, a first world problem, but the practice of having to ask for your drinks or not being able to give a part refund onto a card is very bad customer service (from Dominos, not the girl who was following her...
