Updated March 2022: Years later this is still our favourite coffee in Melbourne and though we’ve moved away from the area we find excuses to come back for consistently amazing coffees and food. Frank and his team do an excellent job of not only making great food/drinks but also providing friendly service with a smile—not something easy to find these days! Very baby/child friendly as well! Plus amazing + unique dog treats!

Such an amazing cafe that we are lucky to have so close to home. Lots of interesting and delicious options on the menu so you can find something to suit everyone (including lots of vegan, vego and GF stuff). This place was close to where we were staying on our last trip to Melbourne and decided to have a go at the food.

I ordered a breakfast burrito that was packed with fillings along side with a chai latte. I really enjoyed the meal and the staff were friendly, even with it only being one person at the time. A lot of regular customers it seems which is nice and they all seem to enjoy the coffee as well.

This place is sensational. Best coffee this side of the train line. No wait, best coffee this side of the equator. And all with a smile. And they even offer a variety of lid colours, perfect for when you get multiple coffees and have the memory of a goldfish. It’s the small things. Kudos Frank, this place rules.

I drive here for my daily fix rather than going to my rather pretentious local establishments.
